On Jan. 18, the Partnering for Parker's Progress (P3) Board approved an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) with Confluence Companies for the potential development of the five parcels associated with the My Mainstreet project.

The exterior of the Wolf Chiropractic office was overdue for landscaping improvements. The FLIP grant program helped offset the cost of the landscaping project. Now, the business has a more aesthetically pleasing and professional exterior.

On September 4, 2020, Partnering for Parker’s Progress (P3), closed on two loans totaling $21M for eight capital improvement projects in Parker. P3 operates with the goal of improving Parker through key partnerships, programs and investments.
