The Parker Animal Hospital decided to expand the nature of their business, but had a problem with an outdated business sign. By participating in the Façade & Landscape Improvement Program, they were able to pay for a new sign that reflects the welcoming nature of the hospital.

The Parker Town Council decided, with advice from Partnering for Parker’s Progress (P3), to take Pine Curve off the market and reevaluate the process for selling the property.

Many businesses have had to rethink their entire sales strategy or had to close their doors. We know this is a tough time and want to make sure that small businesses have the resources they need to get help.

P3's goal is to partner with Town residents, business owners and developers to define what the community would like to see on each of the four sites downtown and what is feasible for the private market to develop.

The Parker business community is an important driver of our Town's economy. Our role as a URA is to support our Town's businesses and help offer them important networking opportunities, incentive programs and information.
