Status: Phase 1 of the Cottonwood Stormwater Project is officially complete!

Project Description: Phase one created a pond at the southeast corner of Parker Road and Cottonwood Drive.

The project will continue with Phases 2 and 3, which are anticipated to go out to bid in the fall of 2026. Phase 2 will include repairs, lining and updates to the outfall of approximately 1,800 linear feet of arch-span stormwater pipe.
